As part of the annual 16 Days in WA campaign that seeks to end gendered violence, you are invited to join Murdoch University colleagues and peers in the Silent March to honour those who have lost their lives, those who have survived, and those who continue to experience domestic violence.
On Tuesday 7 December, please meet at one of two muster points:
10am - Bush Court flag poles: as a group we will walk to the train station to take public transport to Perth.
10:45am - The Cactus, Forrest Chase: final muster point before the rally commences at 11am. Full details below.
Participants will be provided with a MU t-shirt to wear and demonstrate our collective support and solidarity for ending family and domestic violence.
Following the rally, we will join the silent march at midday. This concludes at 1pm, at which point we will return to our respective places of work or residence.
